The J Subcommittee is forming a new Task Force (JTF1) to investigate issues related to motor protection associated with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).  This task for will meet for the first time at the May 2003 PSRC Meeting in Raleigh, NC.  Jon Gardell will chair this meeting.  If you are interested in actively participating in this work, plan to attend the meeting.
