Who Needs Access (not everybody)

There are two main use approaches for file sharing with the site:

• Approach 1: If a Working Group chair only needs to share the latest file(s) with working group members then ONLY the WG chair needs an account to access the PSRC Sharefile site. They can then share a simple link with WG members for them to access the latest version of the files.


• Approach 2: If Working Group members also need access to upload files then they will also need an account to access the PSRC Sharefile site.

Note: Only working group chair's should contact PSRC leadership to request access for themselves or wg members. The chair would provide a list (names, email addresses, and company information) of those needing login access. Unfortunately, due to strict licensing requirements, an @IEEE.org email address cannot be used for account creation. Please provide an alternate email address when requesting access. Good Actors

It is expected that anyone accessing/using the PSRC Sharefile site will be respectful and honor all IEEE requirements in regards to proper behavoir etc. Any user accessing the site must accept the following terms in regards to privacy. If this is unacceptable then you will not be allowed to use the site. PSRC people are of the highest caliber/ethics and we expect no problems with these type issue.
