The Power System Relay and Control Committee uses the Membership Management (MM) System to communicate within the Committee, and administrate our membership and meeting attendance records. This system is the PSRC's primary mode of communication.
This web-based system allows our subcommittees, working groups, task forces, and liaison associations to communicate more effectively via email messages. Fewer bounced emails will result because individual contact information is "self-maintained" and is stored in a single relational database used by all functions of the system. Activity leaders can print meeting rosters and are required to maintain meeting attendance records within the system. The MM System also provides a more efficient and cost-effective on-line meeting registration system.
There are essentially three levels of membership in the system:
Anyone can enroll in the MM System -- even those who desire to passively monitor our work from a distance. Initially, a person is automatically enrolled as an Interested Individual. Once regular participation is validated, enrollment is upgraded to Active Participant. Becoming a Committee Member is by invitation of the committee chair based on a history of participation and contribution. The PSRC welcomes you to join and participate in the scope of our work.

Active participants and members can access the participant directory. Use this link to login and view the directory. This directory is provided for the sole purpose of contacting fellow participants for the purpose of conducting IEEE PSRC Committee business.
The PES PSRC Email Use Guideline for Leaders And Participants document provides practical guidelines for conducting the business of the PSRC while protecting participant's contact information.
Note: All system accesses and functions are logged! Anyone performing undesired or malicious activities will be identified. Any use of the system for commercial purposes ó for instance, numerous repetitive access to the Membership Directory to create marketing-type lists ó may result in permanent suspension from system access.
If you are in a leadership position (SC/WG/TF chair, vice-chair, or secretary), you have limited administrative rights to the system to manage your group. You can access the system to manage your roster, use a listserv to send information to your group, print out sign-in sheets, record meeting attendance, and download attendance records.
